Buddy of mine lost his cat shortly after he had moved. Little focker was apparently hunting in neighbors' backyards. Would catch hummingbirds and eat them. Finally came back about two weeks later. Notably thinner, but no worse for wear.

 

Some of those cats have major survival skills

My sister had an outdoor cat when we were in high school. My parents moved to another house about ten miles away. Took the cat to the new yard.

 

Next day, no cat.

 

Dad went back to the old house, and there the little focker was. So dad put him in the car and took it back to the new house.

 

Next day, same thing.

 

He told my sister, sorry, he must have a girlfriend at the old house. He ain't leaving.
