8 pointsLook at the facts here... Trump has a history as a fraudster, it's been well documented. Trump U, trump charities, he was convicted of fraud in a court of law. Long history of corruption, not a debate. Trump's first term, no intention of balancing budget, tackling waste fraud or abuse, added more to the debt than any other president in history. Oversaw the ppp loan act which was a direct trillion dollar handout to the elites. He doesn't care about any of this, not a debate. Enter Elon musk. World's richest man, desires to be worlds first trillionaire. Turns into a maga, pitches the doge idea in exchange for getting trump elected, trump buys in. Musk buys the election, some say stole the election but I won't go there, one way or another trump is now president. Musk's idea, create a new department, name it after a sh1t coin for giggles, and let me and my braniac posse get into the books. The largest and most valuable trove of data in the world. Give me all that data, we'll do it over a weekend so no one knows, fire anyone that gets in my way. Let me do this and I'll give you the election. If anyone finds out or objects I will just throw out all this misinformation to keep them occupied. I'll throw out all these posts on X about items the govt is spending money on and I'll amplify it for my followers. This will turn the public in our favor. Who doesn't want to cut waste fraud and abuse. They will fall for it hook line and sinker. Do this for me Donald because I have all these regulators and watchdogs after me. They are all investigating me and I want them gone. Usaid is on me, let's get rid of them. The FAA is going after me, get rid of the guy. Cfpb is questioning my new x payments, gone. While we're at it fire all the inspectors general whose job it is to find waste fraud and abuse. Oh and change the law that makes it illegal to bribe govt officials. The memes will be great. Americans are dumb Donald. If we get them to vote for you then they will support all this too. It will be the greatest heist in history. When Trump took office, the NLRB had 24 separate investigations into Musk’s corporations for violating workers’ rights. But presto...Trump fired three officials at that agency, effectively stalling the board's ability to rule on cases. On Monday, USAID's IG warned that Trump's agency cuts have made it harder to root out fraud and abuse — and that nearly $500M in food was about to spoil due to Trump's foreign aid freeze. On Tuesday, Trump fired him. While targeting federal education contracts, Elon Musk just scored a new deal for more government cash, according to documents reviewed by The Lever. The new "supplemental agreement" adds millions to SpaceX's already huge $3.9 billion deal. At least six independent inspectors general fired by Trump all have one thing in common: their agencies investigated Elon Musk's corporations. Musk's crusade against the government isn't about "waste" or "efficiency." It's about shielding himself from accountability. When Trump was sworn in, Elon Musk's corporations were under more than 32 investigations conducted by at least 11 federal agencies. Most of the cases are now closed or likely to be closed soon, and the federal agencies are being defanged by DOGE. Funny how that works, huh?

4 pointsI love this thread because it displays the bottom tier of this place. A. Out of all the current events happening the OP put 13 emoticons on a story about a little child saying something. I have kids, they were once very young and will say anything. You don't actually take it seriously. B. Then you have a 50+ year old man, pretending to be a woman on a football message board asking to fight. Amazing stuff.

3 pointsBe mad, your people weaponized the judicial system for years......your people opened up pandoras box....and all along I noted that eventually it could be turned around and pointed back at you, that weaponizing the DOJ was a bad idea because you will not always be in power. So here we are. YOUR PEOPLE wanted to abused the legal system without restraint and as I predicted, now your opponents are turning it back on your folks....enjoy what you created.

3 pointsTrust me, you don’t want to reap what you sow with him. He’s far more intelligent than you think you are. And if I was in in a dark alley, I would want to have him by my side along with OldMaid. You would end up being eaten by rats.

2 pointsLook at the Fox headline….Woman replaces US flag with Mexican flag at California park…… woman, that’s Fox News …makes you sick . Another site called her “an activist “. This bad hombre is very nasty. “She allegedly resisted arrest – with the rangers holding her down – as she repeatedly threatened to have them and their families killed. “ Give her the fast track out of here

2 pointsI've been posting on this here forearm for 20 years and the one thing Dems, Repubs, Libertarian or Green seem to of all agreed upon was that corruption, extreme waste, fraud, etc. was bad for business. Not only that but all of the Geeks over the years argued about "social" polices but most were for balanced budgets and fiscal responsibility. Now, finally in 2025 there is a deep dive in government waste and fraud and some of you are losing your minds, clutching pearls and throwing hissy fits. This is what we needed and at one point in your life (pre Orange Man Bad) you wanted too. But you are blinded by the orange light. Government is bloated, its been bloated for decades and this correction is overdue. Yes, there will be collateral damage but ripping off band aids to expose bacteria does take some good skin and hairs with it. Still needs to be done to get rid of the infection before it continues to spread. This is a glorious time and well overdue.

2 pointsTwo former Democrats who saw all the corruption and insanity the current Democrat Party has turned into. While I don't agree with all of their stances and have my questions, I do believe these two things about these two people. 1. They are about as authentic as any politician can be. Switching "sides" and facing all that backlash is a huge risk both personally and professionally and only a person who is true to their convictions would do such a thing. 2. They care. They care about the health of Americans and/or their safety. Their heart is in the right place. Nobody is perfect, but I'll sign off on both based on the above.

1 pointhttps://www.axios.com/2023/04/13/rent-inflation-highest-since-1981-but-signs-of-peak Great news for the USA, terrible news for Republicans. What are you guys going to run on now? You think transgender issues and CRT are going to win national elections?

1 pointI think OC isn't as important in KC with Reid calling the plays. It was really a talent issue; the Eagles were just a more complete team across the board. The most glaring issue in the game was at offensive tackle and that the Chiefs couldn't stop the 4-man pressure. That led to no receivers being open and Mahomes just really not being able to do much of anything. If the line was doing their job, the rest starts to take care of itself. So I'm kind of indifferent with what they do with Nagy

1 pointBecause Elon is not a civil servant nor is he elected. Has never shown any interest in helping anyone but himself. He's the richest man in the world and wants to become richer. He gets rich off government contracts so having him nosing around and stealing government data only invites corruption and conflict of interest. Because he's not a serious person, he's all about the memes and 3rd grade humor. He gives nazi salutes, posts nazi memes, supports the nazi party in Germany. He's a weird dude who is obsessed with the letter X to the point where he named one of his kids X. He disowned another kid for being trans. He's got close ties to China. He lies all the time. Fake hair. That's for starters.

1 point1. "I'm curious what you thought" - sure you are 2. "storing classified documents" - That is incorrect, she received and sent some classified information in emails, (Most emails were retroactively deemed to contain classified information by the U.S. agencies from which the information originated.), she was not storing classified documents(there is a big difference) on her server. 3. I don't really remember what I said about this issue at the time, maybe something along the lines that I agreed that it was a "mistake" to have done that without knowing if it was allowed. If I said anything it was probably something like the people on the right were blowing up the issue to much more than it was, by misstating the facts. For instance saying she was "storing classified documents" on her server, she deleted all her emails, etc. Coincidentally - the deleting of emails was stated as a mistake by the IT guy and I definitely remember people on the right rolling their eyes at that claim. Today though they are embracing the mistake claim with regards to DOGE---the entire point of my post. Regardless, today I acknowledge it was a mistake to add a domain to her husbands server/Clinton Foundation server for convenience. Whatever convenience she gained(if any) didn't outweigh her responsibilities as SoS and the proper handling of emails/electronic records. And while I doubt she had much of a clue about the technical side of things, it does seem clear she did try to work within the guidelines and restrictions of classified information. On the other hand, her staff should have investigated thoroughly what needed to be done to have a home server (when she requested i)t that was up to standards(and they would have found out it wasn't allowed) and then followed proper protocol. Now, while we are on the subject of egregious concerns of national security and the condemnation of it, on a much more recent subject, how many posts did you make condemning Trump for housing CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS in his bathroom, let's say I'm curious.
