People who want the policy to change bring attention to the topic. People who want the policy to remain in place want us to stop complaining about it.

I find this stance curious every time I read it. We all have our causes/obsessions. You and the other libs here keep crying "due process" for people here illegally who are members of violent gangs. Some of us care about Americans and fairness for them, such as for women in sports who fought for decades and finally achieved some level of equal opportunity with mens sports only to have it snatched away by other men taking advantage of a tolerant society. If I have to choose which "obsession" I'm associated with, it will be with the one favoring American women and not the one favoring violent illegal aliens.

Turns out you cannot discriminate against straight and white people too. Who would have guessed? How focked up is it that this had to go to the supreme court JUST to be able to file the lawsuit. Till now. If you were discriminated against as a straight white there was no legal recourse because no you were not. You are straight and white so you could NOT have been discriminated against.

All presidents have used autopen. Obama used it to sign a Patriot Act extension and was deemed legal though never challenged in court. Biden's use of the autopen is likely legal as well but I have no doubts that Trump will find a judge that will rule it as illegal setting up for appeals and ultimately the supreme court. It's a colossal waste of time, money and effort by a broken man who will never get over his 2020 election loss and has made it his last dying mission to take revenge on anything and everyone involved in his defeat.

The important thing is that Marissa was happy, not that their happiness destroyed fair competition for the other team. Also, it only happens 0.00000001% of the time so we shouldn't care. Except during championship weeks, where it seems to happen quite often.
