4 pointsBlack Hawk helicopter crash, Nashville shooting, every murder in Chicago, etc. the forearm MAGAs blame libs. When a lib plays the same game they cry. Hypocrisy is the brand.
-
3 pointsI didn't report you but you're probably lying about the whole thing.
-
3 pointsNo arguments here. I think this forum could particularly learn from this sentence: Then we could change the conversation to what it should actually be - why are people so dehumanizing and cruel to trans people?

2 pointsWtf is wrong with you? People like you are trash & honestly you’d be better being one of the ones that got swept instead of those innocent girls
-
2 pointsTrump didn't say anything similar to what Hillary said. He said he hates the Democrats who hate him
-
2 pointsI'm talking about the increase, not trans in general. I have posted multiple times that I believe there are a small subset of trans people who have gender dysphoria. To that end, it disappoints me that a lot of folks (including this site) don't agree, and just jump on the "boys can't be girls" wagon. I think Brianna presents an excellent path to getting to an accurate and reasonable place. Which is basically where we were 10-15 years ago, when sanity ruled the day. But @The Real timschochetchooses to believe political groups instead of reality, and @squistion seems to believe whatever Kyle Griffin says, but he knows best.

2 pointsOf course you don't because you're a horrible human that lives by his politics. You also don't understand why everyone here and at FBG hates you.
-
1 pointThe guy who tried to assassinate Trump was a registered Republican. HTH. As president, you're supposed to bring the country together and represent anyone. Saying you hate half the country is not a good quality for a president. Of course you will never admit this.

1 pointI've called Squis out before. He is absolutely one of the posters here that will turn a tragedy political quickly, but he's far from alone in that. Squis posted links to X with video directly featuring people that are close to current events stating facts about those events. It might be gauche, but it's adding context and information to a news story. That's not exactly in the same realm as someone posting randomly about murders that took place, with no link, and immediately placing blame on a group of people that had nothing to do with it. Put aside your grudge with Squis and "sides" and maybe you'll see the difference.

1 pointHeck, 10 seats in the house and 3 to 5 in the Senate would be significant given recent affiliation breakdowns.Imagine even 5 in the house, they could sway the speakership if they suddenly shifted to caucus exclusively with the Democrats and voted in block with them. The narrow majority margins right now make Musks efforts interesting as a few could leverage substantial and disproportionate power.

1 pointThanks for the link, interesting information. I take issue with the author immediately dismissing this: I understand that, for now, the author is telling the truth that there is not evidence of budget/staffing cuts had anything to do with it. There is simply no way to know this yet. What we do know is that the NWS is understaffed and are not launching as many weather balloons as they have in the past, thereby forecasters are forced to make their predictions using less data than they have had at their disposal in the past. Since we have no way of knowing what that additional data may have said, there is no way to know if that lack of data contributed to the tragedy. The link you posted "went back" to look at models after the fact and stated that the data was there, but for whatever reason, this information does not seem to have reached the necessary parties. 20/20 hindsight and all... There's also this
-
1 pointThis is my point. You took a lot of grief for posting about the NWS in this thread. Meanwhile @Maximum Overkill spews untruths and propaganda about shootings that he blames on "liberal violence" in the first focking post of the thread. Without a link, natch. Crickets from the guys coming in here to feign outrage at you.

1 pointWhat @TimHauck does is, when he knows he lost, he'll inject an inference that was never made, then hold you accountable to that inference. He'll do that ad nauseum until he can find a gotchya, and claim a win... even though his original point was an actual loss. Then during his lashing out phase, he'll "@" you to call you out, as if he was never wrong in the first place. The best part is, he'll hammer on the fact that you never admitted you were wrong (even though you weren't), but won't admit when he is. ... and we're the ones that are "predictable". The dude is such a clown.
-
1 pointI think we both agree that was wrong of Hillary to say. But for some reason you are ok with Trump saying the same thing.

1 pointI'm thinking of reading the following book I learned about on The Free Press: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9688QGF/?bestFormat=true&k=miracles and wonder elaine pagels&ref_=nb_sb_ss_w_scx-ent-pd-bk-d_de_k0_1_13&crid=IIYMC7JWKY7V&sprefix=miracles and Not necessarily about science, but it seems like an interesting philosophical exploration.

1 point800k a year gets you in the top one pct. Thats a far cry from billionaires. You don’t know that? Conflating those two groups is just more proof that your degree in economics was a complete waste.

1 point@The Real timschochet has obviously been drinking again.
-
1 pointNow imagine if the Democrats actually protected the border and didn't leave it wide open and that 175 billion could have gone somewhere else. But now we're forced to pump tons of cash into ICE just to clean up their treasonous mess.
