We are seeing more 60+ yarders than ever though because the rule changed for this season, giving teams early access to the K balls to prep them.
I'm not sure how much I like the idea of a 60 yard FG being worth a touchdown, but I suppose the difference between 5 and 6 points is nothing and a 50 yarder being worth the same as a 63 yarder is silly. The yardage of the kick in tenths is the way to do it. 26 = 2.6, 62 = 6.2 etc. I do not play on any hosting platforms that have the decimal scoring option or the 60+ option that I can recall.
I believe I am in one league that penalizes misses (-1) of under 40. This should probably be looked at and changed as I think we've had it as a rule since before the PAT was made longer. PAT is 33? yards... at this point if you want to penalize kickers I would penalize missed PATs only.
