Order audits of millions of ballots? Election law is hardly my baliwick, but I'm not sure a. Federal Court even has the authority to order state election officials to do so.

Order a re-do? We all know that isn't going to happen.

Throw out all mail ins? Ditto.

There is no remedy here. That's why the Dems could afford to be so blatant about it.

What really grinds my gears is all pompous tvvats pretending that this is legit and doesn't stink to high heaven, and saying things like "we have to count all votes" in some pious manner. Get focked.

I don't know, he won last time and was actually engaging in auditing the election but got blocked. He wanted to show he won the popular vote. I firmly recall Jill Stein pursing it and all sort of irregularities started surfacing. At that point there was a pushback to lock the doors and the did. I was watching that close at the time and it was a bummer. It died a quick death.

I know CA lost in court recently for not purging their voting logs. They still have not done it. Basically said they will get it done when they get it done sorta thing....meh. They are never purging those voter logs.

A Biden presidency won’t directly affect me too much other than significantly more paid in taxes. I’ll get by just fine. I worry about the long term impacts, but I’ll just have to wait and see how it plays out.

There was required to be an electronic paper trail of the all the mail-ins to prevent fraud.  So we should be easily able to document who sent them in and when they were received. Should take minutes.  When they were sent in gets trickier.  It's going to be described the left as an impossible task.  It ain't.

Biden being president and Biden running the country are totally different things.  He was placed for name recognition, nothing more.

And let's say widespread fraud is found. What's the remedy?

And let's not ignore the fact that it's no guarsntee the court wants any part of this. Could easily duck it on the "political question doctrine."

And of course, within the next 24 to 48 hours, there will be mobs in every city in America howling for Trump to concede, whipped up by the media.

It's done, over, finished. Biden won. The Dems held in just long enough. The media won't report on the cheating, nobody will get in trouble sans a few slaps on the wrists. The Dems will dig deeper and deeper into government to make sure an outsider never wins again.

SCOTUS has an extreme aversion engaging in elections outcomes. It has to be incredibly tight. On the other hand, these states did break Federal voting laws, mainly the one regarding changing state voting laws without state legislators. That one has some teeth to it. They may have to engage on that one.

All the other stuff is really up to the states. If they want to run a 3 ring circus and the residents and legislators look the other way not much can be done. Best course of action is to move somewhere else. They deserve each other.

Just curious and I don't want to research, but...

If the Georgia did have ballots that were recently counted/added/forged/etc, did the votes just go to Biden or did they also go to the Democratic Senators that were running as well?  One would think that if someone from Georgia voted for the Democratic President, they would also vote for the Democratic Senators that were running to get the Senate flipped...  If it was just for Biden, then I would think that would raise more suspicion...

Either way, it is a lost cause and Trump should just concede now, become a lame duck President and try to make things smooth and easy for the next administration...

There is a scenario where the GOP actually wins and is in a better position than before the election. If they pick up the House and Senate with the runoffs in JAN then they actually won the election. The President at that point is about as worthless as the Queen of England and Pelosi goes back in the corner for good.

Now this I don't believe.  Not looking at some of the headway the right made in this election.  I know right now it seems daunting.  And I get that, but I think the republicans will recover.

If that means learning how to rig an election better than the democrats, then so be it.   But they will find a way.

What I don't get is why did they stop at President with the fraud ballots. There is no reason all these House seats should be getting picked off. It's like they almost had some morale pirate code to the cheating. They could have done it but maybe considered it just to officious of a level of cheating or it would truly burn the whole building down. Really shaking my head on that one.
