That being said, the State had it's moments too. I don't see any way Chauvin isn't found guilty of some for of manslaughter - as I feel he should be. Chauvin is facing three charges: second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter I can absolutely 100% guarantee you he is found guilty of the first and not guilty of the other two. Stone cold lock guarantee. I mean that’s what it was, unintentional murder.
