***Official Chauvin Trial Thread***

Recommended Posts

People in the masses think it’s just guilty or not guilty but as I outlined above, there’s 3 charges. He will be guilty on the least of them and innocent of the others.

A congresswoman says 1st degree is the only answer and people should riot.

A witness is attacked openly.

The President weighs in on guilt.

Why is the left so afraid of the process?

Same reason they were afraid of the election process.

What would have to happen with the verdict to make the thugs not riot and just go home?

Hopefully it makes the masses go full blown attack on those two.

Way to bring the country together, Dems!

There’s no scenario where that happens imo but the closest would be guilty on at least 2 of the charges and preferably the most severe one.

Won't happen

It's either Not Guilty - "No Justice No Peace!" and riots ensue.

Or Guilty on all counts - "See we told you mothafuckas!" and riots ensue.

Either way, lowlifes are gonna riot.

So be it.  The jurors have spoken and that’s the way it works.

glad it is over until the appeals.

Guilty on all charges! Let the burning begin! “Wait, I thought that meant no riots!?” Nope! This is about getting them NIKES, we don’t care about some verdict!

This is what happens when people are afraid their homes will be firebombed.

If I ran a foot locker store in minneapolis I’d have shotguns armed and ready tonight.

Chauvin is facing three charges: second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter

I can absolutely 100% guarantee you he is found guilty of the first and not guilty of the other two. Stone cold lock guarantee. I mean that’s what it was, unintentional murder. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The wind would have blown Floyd over dead he was so messed up, that was prob not even in the top 5 most physical altercations with police he’s had.

That's the most serious of the chargers.  If they find him guilty of the that, there's no way they can't find him not guilty of the other two.

Unanimous verdict this quick, you gotta think guilty. I mean who knows for sure, but if there were holdouts you’d think it was for acquittal.

I agree.

Don't agree with the 2nd degree murder conviction....... But Chauvin put himself there and the jury spoke.

The defense should be thanking Maxine - her stupid ass has given them plenty of leg for an appeal. One he has a good shot at I would think.

People also like to say hopefully things brings change. The only change will be when the cop thinks twice and goes easy on the meth head criminal who gets away and runs over your daughter, killing her, which won’t make the news.

I don’t blame the jury. If my wife was on it, I would have told her she had to return an all guilty verdict for the safety of our family.

Yeah, the change that's going to come is cops are going to be afraid to do their job.

So they will drive a little slower to the call hoping whoever the perp is leaves the scene before they get there.

Or they won't go hands on when they should and the dirtbag will shoot them and/or get away.

If she can't uphold the law she shouldn't be on the jury.  :dunno:

Absolutely. I certainly wouldn’t be proud of it, but I’m not jeopardizing my wife and kids lives for some random person. Just hope the appeals process takes care of it.

Then tell her not to serve on the jury.  It's easy enough to get out of.  If you make the decision to be on a jury, it's a responsibility.  Take it seriously.

Which just leads to more black on black crime, more innocent kids dead, more of all the stuff they blame anyone but themselves for.

This verdict is a crushing blow to plywood sellers and window repair companies, as not a single store window will be broken now.   Right???

Cops will be resigning is my prediction.

This.  Or at very least will not be as responsive as much.

Listen I thought this Chauvin should have got manslaughter for sure.  I didnt think any way he would get the highest charge.  I do think the jury was afraid.

I dont care about Chauvin nor George Floyd.

I do think this makes inner city people less safe however.

I'm sure there will be a lot of early retirements as well. Standards will be lowered even more and we'll end up with the equivalent of the TSA for law enforcement.

I don't think the jury was afraid, I think they had their minds made up before the trial started and nothing in the trial was going to change their minds.  He's going to appeal this because no reasonable jury could have convicted on the 2nd degree manslaughter charge.

Good.

Yes, Chauvin has reached martyr status. He did the country a favor at his own expense. He just went from cop to hero status.
