BiPolarBear 476 Posted April 13, 2022 Thanks for letting us know how you feel! A bunch of excellent songs. "Sister Golden Hair" is my fav. America band members used to live up in the Ortega Mountains, between San Juan Capistrano and Lake Elsinore. They would come into the music store I managed and look through the LP to see if we had their record in stock (we did). They also bought guitar accessories. I told them I was giving them the pro discount, and they said thanks.

Big Guy 1,400 Posted April 14, 2022 I love America.......but yeah they could have been better, not sure when Dan Peek left the band, but they were better with 3 than 2 imo. Their Greatest Hits album is very nice. * Fun Fact ~ Phil Hartman of SNL painted the album cover ** Fun Fact #2 ~ Steve Martin once said on a late night TV show ( probably Carson ) that he decide to give up covering other peoples songs while singing "for there ain't no one for to give ya no pain" from "Horse With No Name"
