It's been there. For me, there were over a dozen classes I would have taken in HS had I had the opportunity. HS is right sized at four years, not seven, so interesting stuff you would otherwise take is going to get missed.

Sadly, there's emerged a troubling situations within the professional psychological community due to the political take over of that field by LGBTQ activists. Traditional standards of care are on their ear and the activists threaten to pull the licenses of care givers and practitioners that disagree with them,  resulting  in therapy being unreliable or counterproductive. These standards changed based on ideology, not standards of care nor research.

People dealing with gender dysphoria can only be safely steered in one direction: the track to transgenderism. Psychologists trying to get patients comfortable in their body and happy to accept themselves 'as is' are at risk of losing their licenses. If interested, look up Dr. Debra Soh, who has make appearances on Joe Rogan and Dave Rubin podcasts, among others, going over these things as well as transgenderism in general, in great detail.

Look her up anyways because really smart Asian chicks with small, tight asses are hot and come highly recommended.
