Have you ever watched a TV series more than once?

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention The Brady Bunch.  I am positive I have seen them all a couple of times

Mom always said "don't play ball in the house!" :nono:

You and me have more in common then just EdEx. I've never seen Dexter but I've re-watched the other 3 multiple times. Along with The Sopranos, Burn Notice, Peaky Blinders and Ozark.

I also enjoyed Snowfall, The Wire, Wentworth and The Last of Us but I've only seen those once.

Dexter is badass and well worth the investment.

GoT

Dexter (damn the ending sucked ass though)

Oz

Firefly

Fringe

Always Sunny

Edit: how could I forget the Peaky Fücking Blinders!  (thanks for reminding me @dain11279

Peaky is so focking good. Cillian Murphy is fantastic as Tommy and Tom Hardy is awesome just like always.

I can't sleep with a light or TV on either.  Fan white noise i'm good with.

I can see how it wouldn't be for everybody. I always have to watch with subtitles with their thick focking accents.

Same.  Heard so many good things. We tried to watch it, twice, and could never really get past the first couple episodes.

Same.  I know it must get good from all the good reviews but just can't do it.

Powered through 80% of Justified for the same reasons.  Still don't think it was that great.  Same with Battlestar Galactica.

You HAVE to watch it with the captions or else, I couldn't understand half the dialogue., but it's good.

This hurts. When the wire came out it was the best thing I have ever seen. I watched it again a few years ago and it does not stand the test of time.

It becomes a cartoon like the old Batman tv show. Especially the Omar storyline and the serial killer nonsense. So Fockin lame.

100% this.  First time I tried watching I gave up after a couple or episodes.  Someone on this bored made the suggestion to turn on subtitles and it made all the difference in the world.

Its hard enough understanding typical words but it's even harder when you don't realize they're referring to places and events instead.

Others like Seinfeld, Two and a Half Men (sans Ashton Kutcher) etc, numerous times.

So you’re into necrophilia!

I’ll bet you learned that response on this board. I noticed you guys like repeating your posts, I guess this helps me understand your love of reruns.

Didn't see a single episode of that show when it was on, but discovered it reruns.  So great.

So @edjr, are you talking about watching the series from beginning to end or watching any repeat whenever it's on, though one is technically not watching them in order from the first episode to the last episode as intended...

Fawlty Towers is one of mine for sure...
Monty Python's Flying Circus (can do without the fourth and final season though)...
Firefly
Castle
Monk

However, only the first three I have watched in the correct order and not just any repeat...

Rick and Morty- I'll usually watch the whole series in advance of a new season. Never stops being funny.

Also agree with *ACK* HT about The Wire. After watching once, it was my favorite show ever. Then I tried to rewatch it and was shocked at how little I liked it.

That's 2 things HT: The Wire and Concrete Blonde. You're fuking wrong about everything else.

That’s how I was with OZ. My son bought some device with software called Jellyfin. Pretty much can download anything - as far as I know - he downloaded all HBO show there was and I tried OZ and it just didn’t seem to stand test of time.

Have not tried to rewatch The Wire though.

Couldn't redo lost after how it totally crapped out at the end.  Without that it was a great show
