lots of more important stuff it can be used for.  Social Security reserve will be dead in the next several years, for example. 

I'm sure Trump would love sending out checks with his signature on them but it would NOT be a good idea. Cutting wasteful government spending and helping reduce our national debt in any way possible IS a good idea.  Our debt rose 1.4 trillion last year under Biden. Lowering our debt will also help lower inflation.  I feel like he said something like 20% going to pay down debt and 20% going to these dividend checks...  please put 40% toward debt.
