2 pointsTrump never wanted Pence in the first place, the GOP kinda forced Pence on him. I don't think the two ever liked each other at all... just like Biden and Harris. I'm pretty confident both hated each other too. She literally called him a racist on national tv in hopes to be elected instead of him... and smear him. She did it on purpose. Do you do that to someone you like? Would you forgive someone who did that to you on purpose? The answer to both of those questions, are "No". Trump wasn't a lifelong politician, he doesn't have a pool of people that are government savvy like the rest of the cesspool that resides in DC. The majority of his staff was people that he chose, from a pool of people who were put forward to him by members of the Republican party. I wouldn't expect many of those people to like Trump because I'm guessing that Trump wasn't kowtowing to the rest of his party like Biden and Harris do. Me, I think I'd rather have a president who is willing to put the people of the country first and the people of his party in the background. Apparently you want the government to take precedent over the public. Well, hey, there are countries like Russia and China where that happens. Why not just go live there Comrade?

2 pointsFirst off it won’t happen. She doesn’t have the votes, even among Democrats, to make this happen. But more importantly people like you continue to look at this stuff in a vacuum. The reality is that if Trump gets in his tariffs will be far far worse for the economy than any capital gains tax. And since Trump doesn’t need Congress to make tariffs happen he won’t be impeded. What you’re effectively saying is “Kamala Harris is going to cost me $500 a year more so screw her; I’m voting for the guy who will cost me $5,000 a year more!”

1 pointThe problem we face is that liberals are emerging from our educational system with inane beliefs and irresponsible ideas. They pursue these ideas with zeal, the bad ideas inevitably cause harm.....but liberals do not learn from their mistakes, they just assume some hidden evil is preventing the good outcomes they were so confident their stupid ideas would create. So they never actually learn, they just keep hurting people over and over

1 pointPeople are acting like Corum will get 300 touches this year. At best, it’s a 50/50. I’ll take the 50 from the guy that showed it at this level last year.

1 pointFrom the article: "Parts of the city are absolutely under this gang control. The local media is downplaying this," she said. "I believe politics is being played with people's lives. ... Nothing is being done to help the American citizens that are being trapped under this gang's control." Suspected members of Tren de Aragua are accused of a series of high-profile crimes across the United States, including the murder of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley and the shooting of two NYPD officers during an arrest in June. Its leaders recently gave the "green light" for its members nationwide to shoot members of law enforcement who attempt to interfere with their criminal activity – even in Denver. This is what illegal immigration not being confronted at the southern border has resulted in.

1 pointA lot of veterans are really pissed off at Trump: https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2024/08/28/trump-arlington-cemetery-veterans/74980080007 I’m a little astonished at how big this story has gotten. Trump has been so disrespectful to the military in the past and most people IN the military have ignored it, mainly because they tend to be politically conservative so they don’t want to attack their own side. But apparently a lot of them have finally had enough.
