All of you who think she’s buying votes- did by of you listen to the podcast interview from yesterday? I’m guessing no, because if you had you would realize how knowledgeable she is about these issues, how it’s not a sudden thing. And again- Walmart has a pharmacy. Target has a pharmacy. Costco has a pharmacy. Wegmans does. Hell Giant does. I can go into Giant, give them my refill stuff, go grocery shopping, and grab my script on the way out. Long gone are the days of "Go to Walgreens, drive a half a mile down the road through traffic to go grocery shopping. Drive a half mile back and cut across traffic to grab my script." Americans want convenience and the system has given us that. Unfortunately a byproduct of that is some places becoming relics.

Without reading the article, I can make a good guess on where most of these stores are located. Definitely the ones that have products behind locked cabinets.

I am wondering now about the price for buying my vote. I have my principles, of course. I also know that as a practical matter my vote in my jurisdiction is unlikely to be of consequence. If every man has a price what is mine? Pot would not factor into my choice since it is already available here in Colorado and has been for some time, and I don't enjoy it like I did as a youth. $20,000 would be nice, I suppose, but I don't really need it and it would not change my day to day life. Maybe a nice boat and a key of Peruvian marching powder would get it done. I know this though, I would want payment in hand before I sold my vote. I do not trust the word of either of the two main candidates. They do not get to pay me Tuesday for a hamburger today.
