I think some are missing the point of the movie. It's not about race or what's going on with Muslims in the UK. It's about being a child and being the parents of a child in school during the current age of social media. I don't know how race was what you thought about while watching.

It's ridiculous, especially considering the upswing in these attacks over the last few years. So, naturally, instead of producing something that stabs at the heart of this matter, they whitewash with the character in question being the least likely demographic to carry this out. One of the more recent heinous attacks took place at a Taylor Swift themed party for young girls, aged 8-11. A black muslim teen went in and butchered them, killing three of these young ladies in the process - when the news initially broke of the assailant, the picture they disseminated was of a young, innocent looking schoolboy (similar MSM playbook as the good ol' USofA) - until his mugshot came out, and he had the demonic, hateful stare of a crazed psycho. It was later revealed that he had further terror attacks planned, and was a voracious consumer of radical Jihad propoganda/info. But, sure ... let's not highlight that case, or the dozens of others that break similar ... let's fall it all on whitey, and rally 'round that.
