NFL: 11 of 12 Pat's balls under inflated.

Recommended Posts

Isn't that the year they choked and lost the Super Bowl to a wild card team. Oooooohhhhh. The league is shaking in its boots. Bwahahahaha

And no one gets caught every time they cheat. So what have they gotten away with?

That is an interesting question. It is time to seize their computers and check their emails.

The visiting team's locker room should get a forensic check out to see if the towels have any chemical on them that could slow down the user's reaction time. The water supply into the locker room. needs checking too.

The visiting team's bench area needs to be debugged. The Cheats could have hidden mics all over the place.

Is there anybody left that thinks the Patriots are above doing any of this stuff? :dunno:

Anybody know the rules?

NFL rules stipulate the ball must be inflated to 12½ to 13½ pounds. The referee – on Sunday, it was veteran Walt Anderson – "shall be the sole judge as to whether all balls offered for play comply with these specifications," the rules say.

"A pump is to be furnished by the home club, and the balls shall remain under the supervision of the Referee until they are delivered to the ball attendant just prior to the start of the game."

Each team makes 12 primary balls available for testing 2 hours, 15 minutes before the game. The home team also makes available 12 backup balls.

Who measured the pressure? what instrument did they use ? When did they measure and what was the ambient temperature at the time of measurement compared to when the balls where in play? What was the amount of time the balls were allowed to sit at said temperature before being measured ? Was the instrument used for measuring calibrated recently ? Is there a certificate available of said calibration ? Was the same instrument used to measure the psi used for all taken measurements ? Who handled the measuring instrument and when ? Was the person taking the measurements properly trained in the operation if said instrument ? Is there available proof of said training ? Were the measuring instruments instructions followed properly during testing ? Is there proof of this ?

What temperature was the instrument stored at ?

Was the same instrument used to measure both teams balls ?

Ladies and gentleman of the jury, if you do not get factual and undeniable answers to all those questions, you must find the defendant not guilty.

I rest my case your honor.

Can't teams lose with dignity anymore ? First harbaugh and the substitution crap, now the colts and this nonsense.

Yep, bunch of focking crybabies. And the fans of the other 31 teams are happy to oblige because they're tired of losing to NE as well

The league gave the Saints coach a year off, and his offense didn't mess with the integrity of the game.

he got suspended so long for lying to the commish, when asked directly about bountygate.

Why didn't the same atmospheric conditions deflate the Colt's footballs too.

Were the Colts' balls measured as well? (Assuming they had any)

The last time Belicheck was accused of cheating they went out and manhandled San Diego and beat the hell out of them... BB will have them frothing at the bit... I'm expecting a blowout.

There is no confirmation the pats balls were measured before the game.

The only thing more hilarious than the Patriots' constant cheating is their fans' acceptance of it and the way they get upset that everyone else is against it.  :first:

I'm saying at halftime when the Pats' balls were supposedly measured. Did they measure the Colts' as well?

But that is a fine point - did the refs measure before the game? Very important question

Well according to Worms, Edjr, and Drobeski, it's a non-issue. Hmm, what do they all have in common.

You act like there is nobody working for the Pats that can figure out how to get air out of a ball. :dunno:

Remember the ass whooping they put on the league after the 06 cheating cry fest ?

Buyer beware.

All anybody remembers is the most epic chokejob in history during the Super Bowl.

Despite choking as huge favorites in the Super Bowl, Drobeski still hangs onto the joy that he got from some early season blowouts. Whooo hooo!

I misspoke, I see a picture of Brady with a glove on his non-throwing hand... I thought he wore one on both hands... Maybe I am thinking of Manning...

Of course it is lame...but there are people that get off on this type of stuff and will troll will it.

Like I said in the main forum, this is just typical Patriots bvllshit.

Also, it's an obvious advantage for Brady's woman sized hands if he has trouble gripping the fully inflated ball in the cold. It's absurd to suggest otherwise.

Again, its the refs who adjust the pressure of the ball.

Seems to me the refs own this one, unless of course someone can prove otherwise.

Sorry kids take your sour grapes back to loserville.

In order for this to be a "thing" one would have to beleive that a deflated ball only helped the Pat's or only hurt the Colts; neither of which seems to be really a thing....

The bad thing is that it is just another little ding, in an ongoing list, that paints the Patriots in a bad light. Whether it helped them or not.

Who in their right mind would do this? Why? If I were Kraft/Bellichick I would be hiring the guys from CSI to track this clown down and then hand him over to ISIS.

Just dumb, whether they knew or not, but particulary if they knew; which I doubt.

:o

Clearly you haven't seen the list of players (quarterbacks) that have admitted they like the footballs "doctored"

Aaron Rodgers

Eli Manning

Brad Johnson

RLLD, each team has their own balls, Luck wasn't throwing the deflated ones. The Colts decided to abide by the rules

Google search - how to preemptively stomp out possible cheating angles put forth by crying poosay's.

Oh it's an issue, a league wide issue.

Once again BB was at the forefront of stretching the rules to the point of making other teams and their fans cry, now GODdel will have to reinforce the rule.
