Is she fat ?

Recommended Posts

It's so frustrating that the medical field can't come to a consensus on anything. Here we have Pen, a Dr, and Djbg13, someone who has been invited to and has lectured on nutrition, and they are at opposite ends of the spectrum on this. It's very frustrating.

:first:

Just wanted to say that being fat or thick is a plus as you age as long as you're not too fat.

I've been skinny all of my life and I can see that thinner women don't age as well.

The skin gets more wrinkly, saggy and gaunt.

I'm not saying I look bad, but perhaps in a few years I should fatten up a bit to look more youthful.

I think thin celebrities get botox, fillers and face lifts to look good.

So you'd rather look young than be healthy?

He makes a good case here

as much as i love the rock, he was/is definitely on roids. Even had breast reduction surgery during his wrestling days due to a condition that is supposedly common for samoan men but also in steroid use. So hes considered obese but Im not so sure i'd consider him in great health long term. Had he just worked out the same, no roids, BMI likely wouldnt consider him obese.

I'll have to re-think it then, but Djbg13 has given lectures on nutrition, so I'm thinking he has some expertise in this area.

Apparently to you its rocket science and you don't seem to grasp it. It's ok. Leave it to the people who have worked in that profession to comment on it. We have far more knowledge than a fake cop

I wouldn't go so far as to call the brother fat, I mean he got a weight problem. What's the niggger gonna do? He's Samoan.

I acknowledge your experience and expertise on the subject. What's the problem?

You know exactly what it is. If there was a question about the process of incrimination or certain right police officers have when apprehending a suspect you think I'm going to sit there and be a smart ass about it when you explain something? No. So why do you do it

I appreciate your honesty, and you certainly aren't alone in the sentiment. But why is looking young so important?

It's all they care about, even if they are married. It's really dumb to me but they will do anything to fit the standards they feel are necessary. Even when the guys are dumpy slop focks who dont take care of their bodies, they expect the women to. They pump gross fillers in their lips and face even tho it clearly makes them look worse and we laugh at them.

We do it too.

You think all those guys are at the gym because they are concerned about long term health?

Fock no. They are trying to look good to get poosay.

Yeah, but most guys grow out of lifting by their mid twenties, if not earlier. Peenie is 40 something and still prioritizing vanity over health.

But she's hot so she has that going for her. Health is over rated :ninja:

Why would anybody grow out of lifting?

Pen says it, therefore, it is so.

I'd venture to say that more guys wish they had the time to lift (cardio + resistance training - not everybody that get's a good workout in is trying to be a professional bodybuilder...) but, life, work, fading testosterone, and just plain laziness all play a part.

I guess that is what he meant by "grow out of".

People in general would like to be attractive, there is nothing wrong with that.

Spot on. When men get into their mid 20s they are starting out with their careers and their family. Gym time because hard to get because of their busy schedule. Then they get lazy. But most men will still want to go and most still find the time. I still work out and so does my grandpa and he just turned 80 this year

Look good, feel good. As long as what you do in an attempt to look better doesn't seriously impact your health, looking good (in your own opinion) can have lots of positive side effects.

And there are plenty of mid life crisis guys hitting the gym hard core and killing their joints doing too much lifting.

If more people had the vanity to want to look good, we wouldn't have a country full of CBFs.

I didn't say people grow out of exercise; they grow out of lifting. But you're right that time constraints and laziness play as much a role as the realization that having a beach body isn't particularly important in the grand scheme of things.

Of course wanting to look and feel one's best is important, but gaining weight to look young is nonsensical, as is building excess muscle mass at the risk of injury.

Exactly my point. I see a lot of stupid gym and crossfit injuries, and Peenie was advocating gaining weight just to look younger, even though she is a healthy weight currently.

The crossfit has an unbelievable amount of injuries. The human body isn't built to go that intense all the time like they do.

I would go with A.

I think the model in the OP could maintain that shape with proper diet and exercise.
