Not really sure how that can be your stance after the transcript and whistleblower’s complaint were released. You can read that sh1t for yourself :dunno:

I read it, I have no problem with what he said. I wont paint people who do have a problem, that is on them, but no....there is simply nothing wrong here.....

Wait, I love a good gamble.  What’s the bet here?  That Trump gets impeached?

Back when Trump was elected, I bet 90sKid that he wouldn’t make it to the end of his first term. Gotta admit, after the Mueller Report, I had mentally written the bet off as a pending loss, but now the dumbass has let me back into the game. Hellz yeah.

I think the right should start impeachment investigations and hearings on the next possible  democratic candidate. What the heck, get a head start on any possible democratic future president. They can be linked to Chinese or Iranian  interference with the 2020 US election

Uh, you could get them on decades of mexican interference in US elections.  They let them in to get their votes.

They are in full blown panic mode.  Must mean indictments are looming for the players in the phony russia collusion soft coup attempt.

Complete panic mode. This should be fun.

I think the main impetus for these moves is not to actually impeach Trump, its to give them some advantage during the next election. I think the Democrat leftists know they cannot actually impeach him, and that they cannot beat him in a general election unless they have some other influence.  In their grab for power they are simply turning to anything that might help them cut into him,

Stupidly they are still operating under the old model, you throw mud, make it up, lie, cheat....and eventually you can manipulate people.....that failed last time around, so perhaps they thought it was just not used effectively enough. Instead of changing it up, they are doubling down.

I think it will backfire, I get the impression that people are not as dumb as they think, and see them for the despicable people they truly are.

I believe, emphatically, that we do not want these type of people in positions of power, the Democrats have become criminal in the way they behave; god help us if that kind o people ever get more power.

If you watched Schiff on MTP this morning, this post fits him.

You seem to be implying that this Ukraine story broke and I decided to bet against Trump making it another year, but that isn’t the case.

I made the bet 3 years ago. A bet is a bet. I’m still likely to lose, but I have more life than I had 2 weeks ago.

After reading some stuff this morning, I thought why did Trump do this?  He for the most part had Russia thing behind him.  Could have pushed infrastructure, immigration issues, whatever, all the things that supposedly were hampered by the investigation.

It worked in 2016; why not 2020?

For the truth? I love how all of you are acting like Biden, and the Obama admin,  isn't the real issue here.  The attempt at misdirection is laughable.

Correct.  If you want to believe it I think you will, its clear that there is nothing here, which is why you have Schiff paraphrasing, he knew he had to make it up to sell it....I wont buy it because he tried to trick us.....just like with al the other things that failed

I assume you are familiar with the fable titled The Scorpion and the Frog? If you don’t want to read it, I’ll just tell you it ends with the Scorpion saying “I couldn’t help it. It’s in my nature.”

I’m just a citizen that thinks the current President is one of the bad guys in the world. Besides intending to vote against him in 13 months, I’m not really “doing” anything. I’m not crying wolf every week (I don’t even think I post about him a lot of weeks). I’m not starting investigations into his actions. And those that are Rarely if Ever consult me before doing so.

When we say “the entire left” or “the entire right”, it’s just lazy and divisive. Most of us are just normal people that have opinions on about 30 issues and those opinions range from strong to weak. When we add them up, the Democrat vs Republican scale is weighted one way or the other and we tend to vote that way. Anyone thinking that every Democrat enthusiastically and wholly supports every stance of the far left (or vice versa with the right) is....pretty fuckking stupid really. Real people are complex and nuanced. They aren’t the caricatures people like to create in a lazy effort to simplify things for themselves.

Of course I am pleased about the impeachment inquiry, as I believe the man to be a prolific criminal. But I’m not expecting him to be found guilty of anything by the current Senate.......and I guess I don’t understand what it means to be “chasing the crying wolf”.

I feel exactly the same way about the career long politicians on the left who had no money entering politics and are now multi-millionaires. Hopefully during these investigations the obvious quid pro quo's are presented for all of us to see. It's disgusting and needs to be exposed, I'm glad Trump was looking out for us by looking into it.

The left is so arrogant about it now that they admit to it straight to our faces because they think there will be no repercussions. With the media and the willful idiots such as yourselves, why would they ever be worried at all? It needs to stop, I can't wait to get to the polls and pull the lever for Trump. I have a feeling, a lot of folks out there feel the same way.

I feel that way about all politicians, especially hillary and obama, as that was my first venture of actually looking into politics as an adult

I don't think Trump has done a damn thing that nobody else has done

Is the bet on impeachment or removed from office?   The House might impeach, but if the Senate doesn't convict...you're out 150 bucks.

You could simply say I believe things you believe to be incorrect, but instead you just call people idiot. It’s childish, and it’s where I lose a lot of interest in taking part in the conversations on this hateful message board.

I'm sorry but you're being manipulated.

Normally I agree with the "both sides" argument, but Trump isn't both sides. He's the one that has finally shook up our government

"Bad guys in the world". Holy shite. I'd love to hear that one explained. Does this guy realize that most of the world subjects their citizens to brutality, starvation and filthy living conditions? The left is a trip. I guess they can't call him Hitler anymore, so they just spout this kind of junk. No context, no direct comparison, just an ignorant statement hurled like a chimp would do with its own waste.
