And it matters to me. I want to see him go apesh*t at the construction site so I feel they had some grounds to pursue him. Stopping to check out a construction site while in a run is not abnormal. Driving up to a construction site, checking around, then running away would be abnormal.

If this guy is within jogging distance of his house and came up to the site on foot (he clearly left on foot) ... there's no reason to follow let alone confront him with a rifle.

 

It's very possible and likely he dropped whatever he took. Did you think of that? Do you find it odd the media clip I posted only shows us 3 second of a 3 minute video?

Also you can stop with the whole jogging thing. He wasn't out jogging. You don't go jogging in khakis and a white shirt. And even if he was look at him in the video above, no sweat shirt isn't even sticking to his skin.

So no he wasn't out jogging that is a lie.

Btw did you know I'm building a house? Before building I drove around and looked at some of the houses being built. Even went in a couple of them. Got stopped once. Foreman asked who I was and what I was doing. I didn't run away or get shot because I didn't do anything wrong. Nice guy.

 So just to clarify. Their stance is this guy was this avid runner out jogging but he also loved home construction and carpentry and in the middle of his 5K he went to go check the specs on brand new home construction and went inside for a couple minutes?
