I just assumed that was broadcast nationally, and yes I am in WA.

I saw one on my stream. All the "we've had four years of a president who brings out the worst in America... Isn't it time for one who brings out the best?" and grandpa Joe looking all saintly. Weak.

Yep, that was the one.

Hey i am George Floyd.  I illegally entered the home of two women and put my pistol up against them while me and four friends robbed their home.

Hey i am Treyvon Martin.  I was in the prossess of kicking George Zimmerman's ass.  I had him pinned to the ground and was going off MMA style on his face.  Unfortunately for me the little hispanic  turd had a gun.

Hey, I am kamala harris and I respect and am proud of george floyd.

I don't know what broadcast you guys were watching but the NBC feed wasn't bad outside of:

1. hologram girls wearing george floyd tshirts single national anthem

2. one kneeler, and he injured his hamstring in the 2nd half, lol

3. 60 second pre game monologue by Collinsworth saying "blah blah blah white man bad blah blah blah"

4.  some dumb half time preaching

If you don't want to deal with that just tune in at kickoff and change the channel at half time.

The stupid messages on the helmets were tiny, could barely see them. The stupid messages in the end zone were a tiny script in the out of bounds area that you could barely see on tv.

I suspect the NFL will face more backlash from woke people who think they didn't do enough than from proud Americans who actually watched the game.

Maybe we can stick a fork in the woke complaining, NFL season is here and ready to lead the way back to sanity in this country. 🇺🇸

Felt this way too.  I was surprised at how muted it all was actually. Didn't like the way the national anthem was sung, but it's been ruined for ears now, nothing new there.   Fell asleep before halftime so missed nothing there I guess.

But if that's the worst of what I have to endure, I can hang.

What's next? Movies and tv shows will superimpose 'black lives matters' in the top right corner of the screen? No big deal right? :dunno:

Maybe they should start educating people on how to act when questioned by law enforcement.

:nono: That would show they are empowered and they would have to stop having others to blame for their miserable life choices. That is not their mission. Nor the democrats future plans for them.

There were a lot of takes during the game about the players having slogans or names on their helmets as well.  That said, I simply tuned in about 15 minutes last and didn't watch a single second of the halftime show.  The second the game was done, I turned it off.

I could've done without this Mahomes Adidas commercial as well, especially the "peaceful protesting" part.

He’s playing CYA. He tweeted support for cops before he hit it big.

Pretty presumptuous at the end of the ad when he said,"we'll be back to playing sports but at the same time taking action..."

Easy there pup,I'm reminded of Glanville's old,"NFL equals Not For Long."

And of course the lefties at FFGuys are all upset about booing last night yet they have no issues with the crap Antifa, BLM, and others are doing. It’s unbelievable.

I saw a clip of that with comments by players saying it was unfortunate. They can’t even understand the paying fans have more of a right to express their feelings than they do. They are clueless.

This response in unbelievable and I can’t believe it wasn’t called out for its hypocrisy.  He actually criticizes fans booing and says that they should have just been respectful.  Oh really?  Kind of like being respectful during the National Anthem?  What a tard.

Right. They are indignant that anyone would dare to object to them disrespecting our military and first responders, because THEY feel as if THEY have a complaint.

Alienating your patronage, while pandering to those who never liked your product doesn't seem like sound business practice.  :dunno:

It probably impacts Comcast by a larger amount, but I'm not subscribing to NFL Network and Redzone this season.

The leagues focked up by getting involved at all. A smart business man in a divided nation wants to stay out of the controversy entirely. Because if you get involved, no matter what you do, you piss off half the customer base.

They didn't have much choice here however. The players demanded it, and stomping on that would have had repercussions too.

They are also trying to play the demographics game. I'm sure they have numbers that show that the woke crowd skews young, and the anti woke crowd skews old. They are choosing to bet the future rather than the past and present.

The NFL was getting to the point of barely worth watching before all this. The watered down product. The obscene amount of commercials. The reviews and penalties. It just isn't the game we grew up loving anymore. Makes it easy to walk away.

They have been getting political involved at least since the late 1980s, and have gotten away with it. They may have bit off more than they can chew.

They haven't specifically tried to tell a racial majority of the country that they are bad racist people before. That bull is going to be more difficult to ride I think.

Correct it was stuff like this:

On March 19, 1991, NFL owners voted to remove the 1993 Super Bowl from Phoenix after Arizona voters failed to make Martin Luther King Jr. Day a paid holiday. The NFL originally awarded the game to the Arizona Cardinals and owner Bill Bidwill on March 13, 1990.

Me too. Just sad Roger is getting all the credit for finally ending it. All the paint makers of the field paint, helmet sticker makers. Have to believe there's gonna be a movie about them. Like those black women NASA employees. They figured out how to get to the moon but whites do what they do. Take all the credit.
