Any confirmed fraud should be punished.  As it relates to the outcome of the winner, I'd think any indication that multiple incidents occurred in a singular county should result in removal of votes from that county and votes must be done in person.

In a DOT audit, for instance, you are allowed a 10% fail rate on certain items before you're found to be non compliant.   Is there anything similar for voting I wonder

I would like to see anyone caught committing voter fraud, besides jail, have to report where they live the rest of their life, banned from ever voting again in any election and not allowed to own land in the US for 10 years.

Harsher punishments would have deterred many of the confirmed cases this election. These people are getting off way too light.

Better to have them alive as a reminder. Start putting their pictures on ballots. One of my old bosses did something similar when a couple  employees committed medical insurance fraud. Blew up their pics in the break room with a reminder. Don't do it. Extremely effective.

I would wager that most who commit voter fraud don't own land.  Maybe instead halve their EBT payment for 10 years.
