It isn't silly.  A black man with status or big money has waaaaaaaaaay more privilege than me.  An everyday white dude.   

No one sits in prison anymore anyway.  You have to basically kill someone in order to sit in jail for any length of time.  I read the local paper and it is the sams names being processed and released.  White black hispanic doesn't matter.  From selling hard drugs, assault, theft....they all just get an appearance ticket.  Probation and parole isn't what it used to be.  It is a free for all with endless chances.
