Has anyone ever been witch hunted more than Trump?

Hillary. And after all the allegations and investigations, nothing was proven and she was not indicated in any jurisdiction for even a misdemeanor.

Looking back I like him, but fawking HATE Shillary. He broke the rule of law. This moment and when congress lost both houses in 92 was a defying moment when the country became divided by partisan politics. If you disagree you’re a fawking ignorant sh! For brains.

What's insane is the persecution of Trump started in 2015. If he wins POTUS 2024, when it's clear Team Blue and the DNC will openly cheat to try to "win" and manages to avoid being assassinated by the Deep State ( Does anyone really believe this is off the table for the "establishment" at this point? They've done literally everything else to try to drag him down), that means this exhausting routine will last at least until 2028. So 13 years straight. How is that even possible?

And I will be the first to say Trump brings a lot of misery and suffering onto himself. Two things can be true at the same time. There is a clear coordinated effort to put Trump down at all costs. It's not even a secret and many "institutions" aren't even trying to hide it anymore. And that Trump is an imbecile and a grifter and he takes many bad situations and makes them infinitely worse for no good reason at all. However most radical leftists see the 2nd issue as justification for the 1st issue. Without understanding the first issue is an attack on our entire democracy. Whether you love or hate Trump, he's still an American citizen. As a matter of principle, you can't just do whatever you want to an American citizen like this and not damage our entire Republic.

Osama Bin Laden and the Boston Marathon bombers come to mind.

So they both individually had 8 years of being hunted and hounded by the American press? Incorrect.

True, but if the Dems had their way I'm sure they would have burned or hung Trump on day 1.

It's just funny how the liberal sheep never get tired of it and 100% bought into the attacks. For all these years and they can't talk about biden without bringing up Trump 99% of the time. All because Trump exposed them.for the liberal hate mongers they are.

Excellent example....I would also note that in the 90's Bill Clinton was improperly handled

Oh man, I hadn’t thought of this.  I’m not looking forward to when he dies from being old and fat and people claim he was assassinated

A bit extravagent, but given the level of impropriety already enacted I think we cannot discount some action on the part of Democrats to do this very thing.

NOW

Allow me to turn this around for a moment.  What if you are correct and Trump is elected?  What might HE do to all these people and agencies that conspired to ruin him? I have a pointed concern that he might come in with vengeance.  But lets assume, for the moment, that he comes in solely with the intent to clean up an obviously corrupt DOJ.....I am not confident he avoids crossing the line into a witch-hunt against those who have criminlized the DOJ....and that bothers me, quite a bit actually....

Trump is a professional victim- always has been...and that started well before he was a politician.

The difference is he has a sizable portion of the country who gobbles up his victimhood at every turn because they think that "If the gubment goes after Trump, they are definitely coming after me next. Daddy Donald told me so."

Trump is like almost every other politician out there on either side of the aisle- a self-serving blowhard jackass who will say whatever they need to in order to keep their grift going.

It might not be the best to denigrate victims whining, I mean, that IS the Democrat party effectively.....:dunno:

This is not a "what-if." It's part of his re-election platform.

Right. While I emphatically support the gutting of the DOJ, I remained concerned at the "how" and how far too.  This would be the pendulumn swinging, and it makes me a little nervous.

Glad you're concerned. Trump is not hiding his autocratic intentions. You sound like a NRA spokesperson the day after a school shooting.
