Took a gamble on "cafe chai" after trying cocoa first. Not a huge fan of chai in general, but it's good. They made it work. Vintage style bow hairband. Dressed up for a 50's thing at work the other week. Cat food/water bowl and stand. Curl "custard" (gel), not why I get it but it actually smells like custard. I take three "supplements" that work really well for my hair/skin/digestion and they are ACV caps, aloe vera juice and by far the best Allicin (garlic extract) pills. the american crew, any version, is a great shampoo. Like i said, i've had thin hair my whole life so even though i'm not close to bald and if you met me you might think "wtf are you talking about" i've always been slightly obsessive compulsive about my hair and keeping it in as good a shap as possible, So I tend to try the thickening/volumizing shampoos. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Its backlit so I can read in the dark. And it weighs less than a pound, which is nice on a long trip. Any recommendations? a natural anti-inflamatory. years ago I dealt with "breakouts" on my shoulders and upper arms. Allicin pills really helped the most of anything I tried. Granted I could have just grown out of that but I noticed a significant difference when I started taking them. Some can leave a harsh burning garlic taste though... like hours later, not right away.... so its best to take them with a meal or if you find it too harsh, cut one in half.
