The short answer is that it’s not collected and no one is stupid enough to do it openly. When crime data is collected, it’s done via database obviously. Each crime that you claim has easily obtainable statistics, is derived from a specific statute at the state level, and collectively as “Homicide, “Larceny”, etc at the federal level. That’s why they are easily found. There is no “xxx crime by trans” statute that I’m aware of and there’s no “trans” checkbox.
As far as perps go, unlike race and age, gender ID is not collected by UCR. Gender is, but it will be concluded by what’s on your ID. Even, if a female is recorded as a male, there’s no further differentiation that it’s a trans person. A police department would have to decide to track it on their own, and obviously that’s a political nightmare. Whether done secretly or openly, tracking gender ID would be met with significant outcry.
