After that the one lawyer spends a lot of time looking at the various laws on tariffs. What role Congress plays, what laws the President could use to raise tariffs on his own and what/if any grey areas there might be. Also there is some time spent on tariffs, trade wars and specifically the Smoot–Hawley Tariff Act from the great depression. They are clearly biased from a left-wing perspective, but it's pretty-much very fact-based with speculation about the possible effects. I started watching his channel, because I've always been fascinated with the legal process in the US and the channel covers a lot of topical, complicated legal issues of the day in an easy to digest way. If you have 20-25 minutes to spare every two weeks, it's worth a subscribe.

Well that went exactly as I assumed it would. Funny that you two are in the MSNBC thread going off about liberal echo chambers when you can't even admit that Biden brokered the peace deal, not Trump. I will admit that I am cautiously optimistic about some of the things Trump plans to do. There are some yuge opportunities to make real, positive, lasting changes.
