The psychiatric community used to be better at both (1) identifying people who thought they were trans, but weren't, and (2) addressing the underlying mental issue comorbidities that people who associate with trans experience. Amazon will have to add to their workforce, of course they pay much less than UPS. Right now there are 7.5 million good waged skilled trades jobs that will stay open in the coming decade due to lack of a trained workforce.
