Ooh,good one!

 

The crispy edges of lasagna and enchilada casserole and basically any casserole. That stuff is freaking delicious.

The crunchy rice on the bottom of a paella pan. They actually have a name for that. I don't know what it is, but I know they have a name for it. Family members will fight each other for that stuff.

Puerto Ricans call it "Pegao" or formall Pegao de Arroz

Yep. my wife is all about the crispy rice at the bottom of the pan. She says they fought over it as children.

Hashbrowns with some egg yolk mixed in or hollandaise is so good.

I understand the cookie take being controversial. I prefer these without chocolate chips TBH. Wife will make them for like this a couple times a year. Love em!
