I think Democrats assume they can spend their way out of anything.  I am not sure that it true.

To pull this off they have to find something that makes the voters forget how they have destroyed the economy, allowed crime to thrive and ignored the threat posed by mismanaged immigration.   That is a lot to forget.

Just before Jill stepped in, the president was in denial about rising gas prices.

No. 2, I’ve contacted them, my team has, to ask what their plans are …There are 9,000 leases — 9,000 — that they can drill … but they’re not doing it.”

There was a number three, but Jill Biden intervened, so we’ll never know.

What we do know is that Biden’s presidency is porked.

Biden is trying everything to turn around his presidency, even resorting to giving a rare interview to the Associated Press, but that only made him look more out of touch.

Biden insisted a recession is not coming and that there’s “zero evidence” that inflation was triggered by his $2 billion coronavirus relief package.

Instead Biden blamed everything on COVID-19.

“People are really, really down,” Biden said. “Their need for mental health in America has skyrocketed because people have seen everything upset.”

Maybe what Biden really needs to rescue his presidency is a good public relations campaign.

Baby boomers may remember back in 1974, when Gerald Ford tried to combat crippling inflation with the slogan, “Whip Inflation Now ” — complete with “WIN” buttons that people were supposed to wear.

Sure, that’ll work.

Never mind that the “WIN” campaign was described as “one of the biggest government public relations blunders ever.” Biden will take whatever he can get.

Maybe he can spend some of that COVID relief money to hire an advertising firm to come up with a new campaign.

"Admiral" Rachel Levine has 2 kids from when she was still a he and married to a woman.    So what do those kids do on Father's Day?    Do they call her?   Get a card?   Pretend like they don't have a dad?    Or is it that now on Mother's Day they have to celebrate/recognize both parents?
