Chicken Noodle Soup

The trick is to use the noodles that are in the frozen section - Reames Frozen Egg Noodles.

Exactly. These noodles will make you want to slap your mother and anybody else who ever serve you anything other than those noodles.

As long as it doesn't have any focking beans, I'm good.

  If it had beans it wouldn't be chili and if you only use ground meat it is hotdog sauce not chili.

Chili has always been my favorite winter time meal.  I enjoy making it just as much as eating it.

Funny you say that.

For some reason I actually enjoy making it. I think it's fun. Especially in winter. Have the fireplace blasting away. Some good music on in the background. A couple beers (that always makes everything better). I don't even mind the cleanup.

Yep.  I have fun adding different things to it and tweaking the recipe.  Have a fire going as well.  Always a beer and sometimes like to add some beer to the chili as well.  Makes for a good afternoon.

Absolutely!  I use Shiner Bock or Dos XX to deglaze the pot after I brown the meat.  I usually end up drinking the other 5 as I cook.

Same thing when I make Sunday Gravy.  I end up drinking an entire bottle of wine.

i made a huge pot of chili last week.  2lbs ground beef, 1 onion, 5 stalks of celery.  2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can kidney beans, 5 tablespoons chili powder.  so easy to make and so good.
