Same on the first part.  That’s a general problem I have these days though.  I just turn on a mix on Spotify and hear songs, but by and large have no idea who sings them in a lot of cases.

Ive become the old guy I used to laugh at. I mostly listen to the exact same music I listened to 15 years ago.

I say it's because new stuff is awful, but of course cranky old guy says that.

My wife listens to current pop. I can't stand most of it.

In theory, the Chiefs need other WRs to flow into the gap left when 2-3 defenders blanket Hill and make hay.  The problem is the Chiefs WR corps isn't that deep.  Its really fringe talent outside of Hill.   It winds up with Mahomes taking off and running instead, which is what the Buccaneers defense wants.

Chiefs can't throw to Hill.  With no OL they can't run.  They can throw to Kelce but that means a lot of 10-15 play TD drives if successful and if they fock up a little bit its a punt.  Next thing you know the Chiefs only post 21 points.  We're almost at the point where Tampa will adjust and take away both Hill and Kelce and dare the Chiefs to run.

Next season this won't work because the Chiefs get their Tackles back and they can destroy on the ground or with Hill.  But they are not a fully operational death star right now with the injuries.

We mix it up, listening to current pop and older music.  Hell, the wife put on a Sinatra radio mix yesterday and we enjoyed the hell out of it.  Before that it was something like “mellow oughts” mix.  

I’d like to think that not knowing the artist has nothing to do with my age and everything to do with the way music is presented these days, but my 19 year old daughter knows all of the songs and artists, so yeah, I’m just old.
