I want to be very clear about this: what we know about transsexuals comes not from the news media but from medical experts, including the AMA. I have no reason to distrust them so I will continue to base my views about them on that.

Every single swing state was within the margin of error.  Most polls only had the candidates separated by 1 point, but the MOE is 3% either way. That's a range of 6%, Kamala's 48% poll numbers meant the range was 45-51% support.  If you are surprised or unable to trust the news it's because you deceived yourself ,it wasn't the media.

You know Tim,  I am having a bit of a hard time understanding this totally.

The last month has been the worst media BS class I have ever seen.

Starting with the edited 60 minutes answer Kamala gave regarding Israel.  Like it was said, there is NO WAY CBS edits that video if Trump gave the same answer

Next Trump saying he will protect women, whether or not they want him to.  That was clearly and totally taken out of context.  It wasn't even close.  But the media lied their asses off about it. Martha Raddatz repeated it AGAIN last night on ABC as votes were being counted.

Next, the execution of Liz Cheney.  Also a fabrication.  Were his words a little iffy...yeah...but that's NOT what he said...but boy did they run with it. 

Then, the Puerto Rican joke.  Which Trump didn't write nor say.   That became a joke as far as coverage.  And the media completely ignored George Lopez saying mexicans would steal all the wall building materials at Kalama's rally.

It's hard for me to totally accept you didn't see this.   I think, like many, your inability to recognize these things are dangerous and as I have said countless times about you and your ilk, you are 100% the demographic the media targets.   Easily influenced voters who can't bring any practical thought to the whole picture.

I did. Cruz's seat in Texas I thought was always safe. Georgia looked competative but Trump always was leading in the polls the last few months. North Carolina did not look winnable until the last couple weeks and Trump must have been concerned about it, spending 3 days there in the closing week of the campaign.

News media today is not really "news" though they do bring information forward.

You have to be really discerning when consuming information from the media.  Start with the initial premise that they are lying and then you have to research carefully to include and perhaps especially competing media.

ALL media is doing this, Fox is included.

Now, armed with that understanding you have to read and read and read......because the "information" you are getting from those folks is essentially politically manipulated speaking points, not news at all....

This morning was the first time I’ve watched the MSM news programs in YEARS. My daughter watched with me who is pretty dialed in, but still naive bc of her age, and I was able to demonstrate how they report with bias. 
One example, the Today Show when talking about Trumps win mentioned him being a convicted felon multiple times. 
I’m glad they didn’t disappoint and I was able to complete the lesson.

Allow me to make some suggestions, Tim.

First, your issue seems to be more with polling than the media. As was pointed out, the polls were all within MOE. You just got over your skis.

Secondly, stop watching/listening to your news and start reading it. IMO, it's much easier to identify bias via the written word than it is to identify deceptive editing. And stay the hell away from social media, always. I still trust the MSM as much as I do other news outlets, but everything comes with a grain of salt. The proliferation of news sites pretending to be something they are not muddies the water as well.
