My business net is now in pure profit. As of last month we paid off our initial investment of 7 mil. the value of our business is probably a lot less than that now but it’s nice to be in the clear from here going forward. Revenue generated net monthly is quite significant and we chose to basically throw 90% of profits into getting that investor cashed out so we could be free 2018 business started with 5 mil initial investment. So not too bad. next project is getting into lower income housing like mobile home or container parks in the desert. I have almost 100acres of flat land mostly that can be developed. 3 properties owned with pretty good equity I won’t touch. All 2.5 or 2.75 interest. how we got started. My dad was able to get va payments dating back to 1981 for agent orange poisoning before he died. That was a nice startup of 481k. Since my mom and sister and I were all comfortable we decided to put it into our passion. not bragging. Very blessed and hard work. I’ve started 27 businesses over my lifetime and 3 have been profitable and are still going

Unfortunately it doesn't take radicalizing very many of these outcasts to take action that could cause a much bigger issue. The problem doesn't stop with just racist or Marxist ideologies, it goes further when Hamas is glorified with the chanting etc. When do some of them decide to take Hamas type actions? Everyone on the right wants to point fingers at the faculty, and I agree there are a lot of issues there. But where are these kids parents? I remember my first semester at college being in a sociology class and thinking my professor was a damn kook when he blamed three criminals poor upbringing on why they raped a woman and why they were less accountable because of that fact. Those values are instilled by parents. Just because some faculty member stated something as fact, it was pretty obvious to me that was just his opinion, one I didn't agree with. So while if I saw my kid out in one of these things I'd go down there and grab them up, it's pretty obvious the parents in many of these cases were asleep at the wheel, don't care, or share some of these looney views.

Yeah, unfortunately the Sheep are dropping like flies from the jab. It's only getting worse, most won't make it another 10 years, it's sad.
