4 pointsSen. Mark Kelly files lawsuit alleging Hegseth violated his rights with push for punishment over illegal orders video Lawyers for Sen. Mark Kelly filed a lawsuit Monday seeking to block Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth’s move to cut Kelly’s retirement pay and reduce his rank in response to Kelly’s urging of US service members to refuse illegal orders. The lawsuit argues punishing Kelly violates the First Amendment and will have a chilling effect on legislative oversight. “If permitted to stand, the Secretary’s censure and the grade-determination proceedings that he has directed will inflict immediate and irreparable harm,” the lawsuit says. “The censure, the grade-reduction process, and its inevitable outcome impose official punishment for protected speech, chill legislative oversight, and threaten reductions in rank and pay.”

4 pointsA woman has her throat slashed sitting on a train coming home from work and the killer is heard to say “I got that white girl” and you and your kind say nothing. You keep voting for the people that let murderers like that back on the street. Seriously, F off. You don’t give a about protecting anyone.

2 pointsMore sanctions against countries who trade with Iran (currently made a 25% tariff, ridiculous), or attacking the Revolutionary Guard forces - barracks, equipment, weapons/munitions. Who knows what else ... covert operations and/or intelligence sharing. This is a rare moment in history and a golden opportunity to topple the Iran regime. I hope Trump doesn't blow it - the same way he's blowing the opportunity to push Russia's corrupt regime over the cliff. The Iran regime needs to go. Not just for the sake of the Iranian people - that's nice and all, but to end their global support of terrorism. Not to mention Russia loses one of the few allies they have left in the world. Everyone wins in this.

2 pointsI find it odd that someone would take a break from cheering on Hamas terrorists, drug smugglers, and communists, kneeling for the flag, tearing down Jefferson and Washington statues, explaining their pronouns, making indigenous land statements, assuming the county hasn't changed since 1920s Alabama, and lubing their butth0le for intersectional trannies to give me a lecture on Voltaire. Maybe rather than bashing someone who clearly and unaplogetically deeply loves Western Civilization, you could assuage your white guilt by making a large donation to Patrisse Cullors instead. A

2 pointsThis administration wanted to prosecute the widow of the woman their agents just killed and called a “f-ing b-tch.” Multiple federal prosecutors quit their jobs rather than do such a reprehensible thing. There are some people of conscience, and more are stepping up. This regime is getting more cruel and oppressive by the day.

1 pointAnother look at me thread (R) Driving 3 hours, getting a hotel room, sitting at a random table of probably 8 in which i likely don't know anyone else at the table. Yet I still don't post in any of your dumb political threads

1 pointI wish somebody would ask the Secretary what she means by it. Especially, who do “ours” and “yours” refer to?

1 pointI was just popping in to get my daily dose of toxic political propaganda, but even I would have to fact check this one. For one Germans spoke German, so you're relying on translation to say it's a Nazi slogan - might be a stretch. Secondly, I've seen that sentiment many times over the years, so even if it the idea originated with Germans in WW2 (doubtful), it was probably used in many contexts since then. I'm calling fake news

1 pointGut heatlh, joint health, liver health, brain health, heart health, eye health, skin health, penile function, prostate and bladder health, sound sleep. The suppliment industry certainly wants me to worry and to get my money. It would be nice to know which, if any, are worth the price. Plenty of testimonials and industry articles/advertizing, but little authoritative word from qualified, unbiased sources.

1 pointSo it's the equivalent of the media's "anonymous sources?" Here's the thing about that video. If these people actually had service members approach them about this, here is how it should have been handled: 1) Ask them specifically what illegal orders they had been given. If the service member gave them that, they could have reported it as HT suggests. Or told the media so they could report it. But it would have to be on the record. None of this anonymous bullsh*t we keep getting. If those people didn't have specific orders but were just worried about "what if.....", tell them to get back to you when they are actually asked to do something illegal. 2) If they did have enough actual evidence to warrant a video, the video should do more than just say "if you think you're being asked to do something illegal don't do it." They should have been specific, with examples of what type of illegal actions they're talking about. Use the orders the service member's gave them as examples. Then give the service member's an actual course of action - who to report the illegal orders to, how to document it, etc.....Not just "don't do it." That's just putting the service member in the line of fire for a court martial offense. They made an extremely vague video without any documented evidence of wrongdoing or anything suggesting future wrongdoing, and basically gave cover for service members to defy direct orders. At best it was a poor decision to make that video. At worst, it's seditious as is being alleged here. I get that you libs have to follow your marching orders but some of this stuff really shows how loyal you are to the cause.
