How many cups of coffee do you drink

Recommended Posts

How many cups of coffee you drink daily? Usually I just have a cup but occasionally I need 2 to get through the day

One while headed into work.  1-2 more maybe in the morning.  Weekend about the same.

So 1-3

Depends on the shift. Dayshift: 1 on way to work......2 more there and possibly 1 after I get home.

Eveshift: 2 in the morning and least 1 more at work.

                                       Midshift: 3 overnight.

Zero. Never have

This...except the occasional cup around the firehouse table.  Maybe 4-5 cups a year.

Depends on how many ounces you count as a cup.

Good point.  My mugs at home are 18-20 ounces.  That being said, I use a keurig and do a double fill on the mug, so the second fill as much dilutes it as adds a little more coffee.  I've never liked overly strong coffee.

That being said I've been weaning myself of caffeine; I used to drink one or two mugs plus 3-4 cans of diet pepsi.  I've quit the soda and am down to 1 mug of half-caff in the morning (and 1 mug of decaf midmorning to afternoon).  The half-caff cups are almost gone at which point I'll try zero caffeine.

None.  I don't like to have bad breath.

Gum immediately after drink a little water after your coffee. You’ll be good after that

Cups as in 8 ounces?  I can’t drink a pot of coffee which says 12 cups. It’s like 5 coffee cups full tho.

I used to drink a 10 cup pot per day but developed heart issues so now it's just one cup per day.  I'll drink green tea during the day instead.  I do miss it.

Zero. Coffee is gross.

Not if you load it up with enough cream, sugar, cinnamon and honey.

Seems I quit quitting caffeine.  :D

Since this post, I've moved to the refillable Keurig cups, and I've grown to like it stronger, so I put in new coffee grounds for the second fill of the mug (a 30 ounce Yeti).  I guess that works out to 1 cup of caffeinated coffee.  I sip this during the day; sometimes I get to 5PM and still haven't finished it.  It's become a comfort thing, like sucking a perky nipple, which interestingly, I still like to do.

I hate black coffee, though.  I blend in some Skinny Syrup flavors (like, caramel toffee) and also add in a part of a packet of LMNT hydration power (chocolate caramel).  For cream, I got a Nespresso frother thingy for Christmas years ago that froths the milk to a smooth creamy texture, which I pour over the top.
