My stance on trans people is basically 

I dont care what they do as adults as long as it isnt on my dime.

If I am around a trans person I will give them respect like anyone else.

We should be treating this the same we treat people with bi polar, schizophrenia, and so on.  We aren't like hey this person has schizophrenia! They are brave! Lets market them! Lets treat them like a protected species!

I'd guess that is what most people's stance you meet are.   It's basically how I feel - there are a few in my life, and they get the same human respect anyone else does, but its gone way too far with changing definitions, being "women of the year", competing with women in sports, etc.   It's bizarre.

I am specifically advocating for the government NOT to interfere in trans kids’ healthcare decisions. So, it’s a question of people like blue horseshit deciding what doctors can do to your kids, vs freedom from government interference. So much for conservatives wanting less government interference.
