I don’t think condoms are foolproof, right? Especially considering user error? Hell I once had one come off (without knowing it) when I got in a creative position and railed her deep  Well as deep as my three inches allow. Anyway, that necessitated Plan B.

Plus we know some won’t always use them. Is it dumb? Sure. Should these morons go fock themselves? I dunno, that seems a little uncharitable to me but maybe so. However, at the end of the day, the result is an unwanted pregnancy and a baby that the mother and possibly father, should he a stick around, are probably neither equipped nor motivated to care for.

And you know who pays for that? You do. So not only is this kid born into a potentially sh1tty situation with no advantages, you’re picking up the tab for food stamps, baby formula, diapers, clothing, etc.

I mean, I dunno what the answer is. I personally abhor abortion though I’m just barely pro-choice. But to just say well fock them for being too stupid to wear a condom Seems really mean spirited and short sighted.

fall off?  Never happened to me, tiny.

But I've had 2 condoms break.  Once was in HS and I still think I got her pregnant but she miscarried.  The other was in college, it was a Lifestyle condom, and it turns out other dudes had lifestyle condoms break.  My beer pong team name was "The Lifestyle Rippers"

Killing a baby is terrible.  So is children living in poverty, or abused.  I view it as a necessary evil.

Baffled that Rs are in favor of overturning Roe vs Wade. HTF can they not figure out that the people that are aborting are people the Rs would not want voting. By limiting abortions, you add the the D voting roles. If anything the Rs should be encouraging abortions.

The stats seem to be mixed on that.

Who's having abortions (income)?
Women with family incomes less than $15,000 obtain 28.7% of all abortions; Women with family incomes between $15,000 and $29,999 obtain 19.5%; Women with family incomes between $30,000 and $59,999 obtain 38.0%; Women with family incomes over $60,000 obtain 13.8%.

So what the fock is wrong with you people?

oh, btw, how about you eat sh1t and die.

I think “what’s wrong with people” is many of them aren’t quite the craven lunatic you are. They aren’t going to advocate that children live or die based on whether it helps their political leanings. Not yet anyway.

HTH!

Also a lot of what I'm seeing in this thread is classic mysogyny.   Any teen chick that gets pregnant is a (forget that you are focking them).  If you can afford a nose ring you can afford a condom (nobody ever said nose ring girls aren't practicing safe sex), go buy a condom (not foolproof), etc.  It's the guys that hate women that want to punish them with having a baby they don't want, because they are whores that spread their legs.

I think the lunitics are the liberal murderers of the children. But I know libs don't bat an eye at doing that as a practice. :dunno:

We’re all over the map.

Most are just trying to understand the decision and it’s implications.

Some are rightfully focused on how the leak occurred and who is responsible.

There’s a vocal contingency that hates all women because they’re slutty wh0res that focked every dude except them in high school.

Some want all liberal babies to die.

A few of the usual liberals are upset about the planned ruling and think it’s mistake.

A group of the usual conservatives are rejoicing after decades of trying to get this result.

Some think it’s a momentous decision, don’t really like it, are concerned about the implications, but also don’t like abortion so aren’t exactly sure how to react.

So, as usual, liberals are the voice of reason, and conservatards are loony?  :D

Seriously, thanks for the (slightly biased) summary.  Presuming this decision happens, I wonder about the practical implications.  IIRC back when Roe came down, most (all?) states already allowed abortions?  We've become so polarized as a nation these days though... will some states outright ban it?  I could certainly see the batshit crazy AZ legislature doing something like that.  While I personally oppose the killing of human life, an outright ban (or practically close to it, like 6 weeks) would just make us more polarized.  :(

Yeah- every 14 year old is logging onto the Internet getting condoms sent to the house. No chance they could ever be intercepted or anything by a parent or anything like that.

Are you a moron? What color is the sky in your Pollyanna world?

Bingo- the nurses office should have condoms and there should be frank discussion of how to use them in sex ed classes in high school (maybe even in like 8th grade) But too many people on the right don't want you to talk about this stuff with teenagers because God forbid kids ever get any real knowledge.

I dont know I think youre conflating, we dont want people talking about sex to elementary schools, I think 8/9th is the right time, and most sensible people regardless of party line should agree with that

The world is not simplistic dude no matter how much you want it to be. A 14 year old kid trying to get condoms is going to try and do that without their parents knowing. You think they are just going on Amazon and having the Prime truck show up at the door to drop off a package of Trojans. Furthermore, some states won't do it before 16. Some states don't have it for free.

I'm not sure how you think this is so cut and dry.

They're hanging in the isle near the pharmacy at Walmart.  Anybody that wants condoms can get them.  How do you not know this?  Oh, I see.

this decision does absolutely nothing regardless, states already make their own rules regarding abortion, but its a nice click bait topic

the only thing of concern is how we have the highest court in the land leaking documents

Kids as young as 5th and 6th grade are having sex though.  Kids know more at an earlier age than ever before.  Waiting until 9th grade may be a little late.

Sex Ed has always started around 5th grade.  Even the florida bill only says k-3rd grade, which is valid.  grade 8/9 kids already learned everything from youporn.

I know we learned it in 6th grade.  I can't remember if we started in 5th yet.  Either way, waiting until 9th grade is too late,

22 states have laws in the books that if Roe v Wade is overturned abortion be omes immediately illegal.  4 more states are likely to make it illegal if its overturned.

So you are a little off wondering if states would ban it.  Many of the bans have no exceptions for rape or incest.  Unsure about health of mother exceptions.

Pre Row v Wade abortion on demand was only legal in 4 states,    15 states had a variety of exceptions.

How’s that? The issue is transportation to obtain free condoms. I’m being told that is unreasonable. I’m also being told that teens can go to a clinic and get an abortion. And I would assume you have to go to the clinic a couple of times at least? Or you just show up and get one? So the logic is all on my side. The childish baseless excuse making resides elsewhere.

that is not the issue..it is just one of the childish takes you Gladiators are spewing

In some schools 6th grade is still elementary.  Regardless, I think that's an acceptable time to start it.

I’m curious if abortion is also discussed in the classrooms.  I would like to think someone would rather not get pregnant than go through an abortion.  Maybe watching abortion videos in 3-6th grade could help limit the unwanted pregnancies.

They had us watch a graphic abortion video in sixth grade. One minute I'm sitting there watching a film strip and then the next minute fandady is right there covered in afterbirth. .
