The dangerous situation is hitting a guy with your car, driving while someone is holding your door, and driving too close to people standing in the street on an icy day where your haste can cause the car to act unpredictably. I get no one was seriously hurt except for the guy's bruise, but that doesn't mean it wasn't dangerous. Excessive speeding is dangerous. Driving drunk is dangerous. It doesn't mean someone dies every time someone does those things.
