This is so me! I love watching these obscure sports that people train their entire life for. Perhaps because I did taekwondo and that is such a sport for the olympics. And I have a love/hate relationship with figure skating. I appreciate the skill and athleticism, but I cringe whenever somebody falls. They have trained their entire life for this and... phayle. I have the same problem with gymnastics in the summer games. I will have nothing but olympics on the TV/PC once it starts.

The girls tend to be 18+, and they are there because they couldn't make the cut in the primary gymnastics events, so they have confidence issues. Not winter of course, just saying... Bier Meister 1,514 Posted February 6, 2018 enjoy hockey, most skiing events, skating (races), fine with bobsled, luge, biathlon (cross country skiing with shooting) as with the the summer olympics, if a "sport" has judges there is a good chance i would like to see it removed. while they require athleticism i am not down with subjective judging. Drizzay 646 Posted February 6, 2018 I generally love the pomp and circumstance of the opening ceremonies. Throw in fast-paced sports like hockey, speed skating, downhill, bobsled/luge, etc. Good times. I also love the biathlon. Dead tired from x-country skiiing and you can't fock up even one shot. I also love the biathlon. Dead tired from x-country skiiing and you can't fock up even one shot. I worked with a guy in the 90’s who was formerly on the Russian olympic biathalon team. jerryskids 5,209 Posted February 6, 2018 Ice hockey isn't on my radar. We've got a whole sports league for that. I'd rather watch biathlon, or luge to learn how a team got a 0.023 second advantage in turn 7.
