Frozenbeernuts 1,652 Posted March 2, 2021 My favorite hot dog that goes onto a sandwich may be Ball Park. I haven't bought my own in a while. The Jumbo Chicago dogs sold around here are usually pretty great
Djgb13 2,338 Posted March 2, 2021 Always bought ball park. But I’m also partial to it cause it’s baseball related. Either way, they taste great

SUXBNME 1,340 Posted March 2, 2021 This is actually a great topic. I want to buy a hot dog steamer (rotisserie style) to relive my days of the best hot dogs that I ever had. They were at a pool hall that I lost many $$$ in, but the hot dogs were freakin incredible. I just need to know what brand of hot diggetys to buy before I buy the rotisserie. One of you homos mentioned Costco, and that sounds right, except Costco wasn't invented back then. I've tried the Nathans, but I know that I haven't cooked them right. Meh... eta: I just looked up at Beermisters post, and it sounds like it might be a winner

They make most all hotdogs tasty but better off with Nathans or a above average. When I cook hotdogs I go with that or on the grill. The machine rotisserie make a great hotdogs. Nathans had a contest about 5 years back celebrating their 100 Anniversary that you could get points to get stuff. I got so much bling from them with that. Shirts, hats, glasses, beach blankets and much more. I was wearing the shirt when I posted earlier and have like 5 of them.

Gepetto 988 Posted March 2, 2021 When I was a kid there was a place called WC Franks and all they served was hot dogs and they had an arcade, this was during the days of Pac-Man, Frogger, Centipede, and Donkey Kong. My favorite was a long frank covered in melted cheese. Pretty great place to go.
