Drizzay 645 Posted July 21, 2021 Drought here in Mpls. We've maybe had two thunderstorms all summer. The tributary near my house from Lake Harriet to Minnehaha Creek done dried up. Been above 90 the most times this summer since 1988. At least the humidity has been relatively dormant. My tomatoes and peppers are going gangbusters! shorepatrol 1,737 Posted July 21, 2021 Hot as fock as usual. But this year the monsoon is actually monsooning. So now it's 106-114 and humid.
MDC 5,891 Posted July 21, 2021 Last few days were perfect summer weather - mid 80s and not too humid. Last week it was 95 and tropical with a heat index of 105. Gross.

GobbleDog 816 Posted July 22, 2021 Orlando, FL ...went through a long drought from Jan through May. Now it rains, but it's hot and painfully humid. The rain helps cool off the area late in afternoon, but also contributes to the stupidity. I mean humidity.

I think about it. I have a two car garage with additional space. I could give up one bay and Park my car outside in winter and clean the snow off. Going out to watch the games costs me 70-80 bucks every time. And I hate being around most people.
Cruzer 1,992 Posted July 22, 2021 Exceptionally mild summer here in the DFW area. Going back to 1899, we've had 2 years with no 100* days at all.. It's nothing to have 20 to 50 100 degree/plus days here.... so far this year, we've yet to have one.
