As a general rule, modern day conservatives reject the argument that there is institutional racism against black people in this country, especially by the police. I believe it’s a denial of reality, and the saddest consequence of this denial is to blame the victim and glorify the villain, which happens again and again. Thats what we’re witnessing here, along with yet again a complete rejection of both the mainstream media and any facts that upset their preheld world view. It’s awful and pathetic, yet also entirely predictable. If there had been no film that demonized George Floyd, I have no doubt that someone like Jon would have done it anyhow, because he refuses to accept the idea that police treat black people far worse than they do any white person: I want to believe that most conservatives are reasonable and go where the facts take them. But this film serves as a good litmus test for that theory: If you accept the narrative of this crap, rather than the near universal reporting of what actually happened (including the evidence presented in a court of law which led to a unanimous conviction for Derek Chauvin) then you’re not thinking reasonably.

Summary for the uneducated: 1. George Flyod was a lying thug who fought with police and refused to get in the car. He was too big and strong to be forced in. 2..George Floyd downed a bunch of pills when the cops first showed up. George Floyd had a long criminal record with a history of resisting arrests. 3. George Floyd had difficulty breathing long before he was put on the ground. 4. The police chief lied about the restraint they used. It was an approved hold which all officers were trained to used, but the jury was never told the truth. 5. The jury was never told about the very high levels of drugs found in George Floyd's blood. 6. The violence of the riots were far worse than the media portrayed. Even if you just watch the first 30 minutes of this film you will get to see all the body cam footage of what the cops had to go through during the arrest. It was no picnic and it was a black officer who made the arrest. You will also see George Floyd trying to pass off counterfeit bills which is why the police were called in the first place. The cops were angels if you watch the whole thing.

How easy would it have been for the liberal blowhards to say “ We at Penn have codes of conduct that are in place on campus that precludes hate speech, including calls for genocide against any race or religion including Jews”. And just leave it there? The only reason is sheer hypocrisy. They fight against “hate speech” only when they agree. Then shy away when not. You made the rules, enforce them equally. I don’t speak Bunny very well, but I took it as: there are lots of adults in bunny’s life (spouse, adult kids, other relatives, friends) that are unable to figure things out for themselves in some way, and bunny feels that he has to cover that up for them by figuring out how to make it work, whereas you’d think the adult could simply figure out how to solve their own problems so bunny isn’t having to put a band aid on em all the time. Maybe?
