Listen and learn. One of his best policy speeches and pointing out Kamala's poor policy plans.

Tim only understands one thing. Orange man bad. Kamala could literally implement communist policy and he will whataboutism trump non stop no libertarian would finish an article with a but I’m voting for Kamala. The one who wants to take freedoms away a libertarian places freedom above finance and capitalism is the solution

First, your premise is a red herring, as I said nothing about medical interventions. That being said, your post is odd, because after your opening statement, you spend the rest of it defending exactly what you disavow. But getting to your red herring: I actually philosophically agree with you... if we didn't have the problem I mentioned -- a society which encourages vs. merely accepts trans. If we had had this discussion 15 years ago, I'd agree with you. But in that time, we've built more than 100 for-profit gender clinics. Do you think such a clinic is in the business of telling a confused child that they aren't trans? We have political lobbying groups pretending to be medical groups (AMA, APA) which say medical interventions for kids are just fine. We eagerly give a shy, confused teenage girl testosterone and, shockingly, she feels more confident. Leftist parents who feel they are winning some sort of virtue signaling olympics by interpreting any sign that's not 100% traditional boy/girl that their kid is trans? I could go on, but hopefully my position is clear.

Hillary had a lot of negative baggage and that was reflected in the polls with her high negative approval rating. The right had already defined her and she was never able to overcome that. Harris is pretty much a blank slate (much like Obama) and her upside is very high which is why she will not peak in popularity until after the convention.

Paragraph #2 Wednesday's shutdown, which Meta announced earlier this year, has been protested by researchers and nonprofits. In May, dozens of groups, including the Center for Democracy and Technology, the Digital Forensic Research Lab at the Atlantic Council, Human Rights Watch and NYU’s Center for Social Media & Politics, sent a letter to the company asking that it keep the tool running through at least January so it would be available through the U.S. presidential elections. Everything we need to know in 2 sentences.

After the events in 2020 and thereafter, it should be obvious to anyone that we are in decline.

    1. Spend more on social programs. 2. Bring in more illegal aliens who use up those social program resources. 3. Create overburden laws on business in the name of changing the weather. 4. Continue our world welfare program 5. keep borrowing from the Fed 6. Raise the debt limit 7. Continue to allow military contractors to rape us. 8. Continue to outsource jobs 9. More free trade 10. Don't enforce a balanced budget.

DeTocqueville had no way to predict the effects of generations of ignorance breeding a welfare state and selfishness. He came at a time of expansion and promise and rugged individualism. I believe now he would be sounding the alarm but would be ignored.

Let's send more money to Ukraine, keep the border open, provide "free" healthcare to immigrants and start outsourcing more of our tech, farming and other companies to other countries. And raise our taxes to pay for all of it.

I don’t know why anyone would want somebody else to decide what is misinformation. As we know from the past things that were labeled misinformation or found to be true and thanks that were labeled or found to be false. people have to get off this "ministry of truth” kick.

If five people are bidding on a house, and each of them receives an extra $25,000 to tack on to their offer, four people walk away without a house and one pays a higher price than if you’d given none of them any money. Unserious policy.

Dude, how many people honestly outright support unequivocal access to gender surgery for minors? Anyone? I don't think I'd ever let my minor child do that, under any circumstances. But that's the point. I don't think I would. Thankfully I've not had to deal with it (knock on wood). I believe that families that are dealing with it should not have access removed because who the hell are we to tell them they can't do what they believe is right for their families? You’ve suffered through cancer. Would you be OK if I, without a dog in the fight, forbade you to undergo an experimental drug or procedure that you had strong reason to believe would greatly improve your life? More generally, I see ideology in the US that seems intent on removing certain freedoms from it's populace (like voting, bodily autonomy, reading materials, or even "wrong thought") based on the premise that it's permissible for one person to directly intervene in another person's life at will. I'll point out I'm not attributing the prior paragraph to a specific political ideology; this bullshit is everywhere.

I think that it’s a great idea. If we’re going to invest in the economy there is no better way than to invest in homebuying. It’s the key to everything else. This is exactly what we did after World War II with the GI Bill which created the greatest boom in human history. Sorry if you’re too short-sided to see that.
