Hard to say.  I think he looks at the polls and takes the position that the polls suggest is a good one to have that day.

Standard political doctrine really, they all do it to some degree.  Given the Democrat war on energy, it is more likely true that he does not actually support it.

Not necessarily. The brain doesn't "heal itself" like skin or the liver. You have to literally create new neuro pathways, blood vessels, etc...and if there is damage to the actual brain matter, the patient will not "recover better than you think." Regardless of will to do PT or other exercises. If damage is done, a part of the brain does NOT work anymore. 

Fetterman had seen doctors for years prior to his stroke; he has a-fib and cardiomyopathy. He didn't do what his doctors said; didn't take medication, didn't have "the will" to try and make himself better. He also has a pace maker. He saw his doctor for heart issues/edema of hands and feet in 2017 and didn't go back until he had the stroke. His stroke was preventable. 

He cannot LISTEN to words and comprehend them. He has to read...which I am not entirely sure is great either, since he can't seem to answer questions there either. 

All that matters is the D behind his name. That's all.

Dr. Oz doesn’t have a history of policy positions. He’s just an opportunist who got an endorsement from Trump. Like any apt observer, he could tell Trump has always loved being a celebrity and being associated with other celebrities (Celebrity Apprentice). I’m not sure why Dr. Oz wants to be in politics, but I don’t think anybody can honestly say what his true political positions are. Pennysylvania Dems did not get Roy Moore'ed. They knew full well the man was a stroke victim BEFORE they went to the ballot box to make him their party's nominee. You'd think it would have behooved the morons in the Dem primary to vote for the other guy.
