What time do you wake up and go to bed?

I wake around 6:15 am.

Hopefully, soon I'll go to bed, probably around 2 am.

I have a weird sleep pattern

I fall asleep early then wake up around 11 pm and go back to sleep at 2 am.

What about you?

Lately, I"ve been struggling to stay awake through the first round of late night talk shows.

Some nights, I don't even make it til 10pm.

Those are/have been some good nights. then up by 6 - or at least awake.

 

Most of the time, it's more like 'feast or famine'.

I'll be lucky to rock 4-5 hours of intermittent rack time.

Then, after several weeks of running a deficit, I'll sleep like, all day Saturday.

I know that's not healthy.

Bed 12:00, asleep 1:00 AM - wake up 6:55 AM - snooze - snooze - get up 8:00 or so.

Depends on work, how I feel the night before, if I have something to do the next day, etc. No set time

Bed 12:00, asleep 1:00 AM - wake up 6:55 AM - snooze - snooze - get up 8:00 or so.

The snooze button is the worst. Set the alarm when you're gonna get up, or don't set it at all. :mad:

Falling asleep varies but I wake at 7am, then snooze a bit. I take a nap almost everyday around 4pm for an hour or two. Sometimes I might still be awake at 3am but I'm usually in bed by midnight.

Try to go to bed around 10:00, usually turn out the lights between 10:15 and 10:45. Wake up between 5 and 5:30 to work out, depending on what I want to accomplish.

Bed by 10 during the week, sometimes later on weekends. Up at 5 Monday thru Friday, sleep as late as 6:30 on weekends.

Usually go to bed around 11, wake up around 6. once a week i'll crash after dinner around 8 and sleep to 6.

Midnight to bed, up at 6:30, on nights when I go into the office, and about 8am when I work from home.

during the week: bed between 10-12. wake up around 5:30a

 

weekend: bed around 11. wake up around 6-7a

In bed around midnight, toss and turn for a few hours, finally drop off, wake up at 6:30 tired and with a sore back.

 

My mattress has had it, the middle is just a big ditch that I sink down into.

 

I'm on the verge of getting a Casper mattress. Anyone have experience? :)

11-sh / 6-6:30 during the week, whenever my son gets up (7-ish) on the weekends.

I also have my clock set 1 hour and 45 minutes ahead. I hate morning.
